I was recently invited to attend the Google Agency retail event over in Manchester. It was a very useful session and we got to grips with some of the latest user trends and how to capitalise on them for clients.
Probably the most interesting element of the session was a fairly in depth look at user trends and how they interact with adverts including the use and non-use of full urls, capitalisation and punctuation. The event also covered ‘under the hood’ tips relating to analytics research and Google trends which I think will be a useful tool for anyone looking to take advantage of surfing habits.
Thanks to everyone at Google who made me feel welcome – it’s certainly really useful being part of a real support structure.
